The Limelight Boulder Hotel and Conference Center is a new hospitality destination located on the University of Colorado Boulder campus. This $164 million, 248,000 SF project brings modern design and convenience to the heart of Boulder. The hotel features 252 guest rooms, including 35 suites, and offers a comprehensive range of spaces for conferences, events and leisure stays.

The facility features a 15,000 SF main ballroom, a 3,500 SF junior ballroom and 5,500 SF of meeting rooms that support a variety of event needs. Amenities include a full-service restaurant, retail space, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and an event terrace that creates an active and welcoming environment for visitors and the surrounding community.

The project turned a vacant site into a new hub for the campus and the city. The work included roadway and utility improvements, as well as rebuilding a key bike and pedestrian path for safer access. The hotel resulted from close collaboration between the University, the City of Boulder and project partners. To further support the community, the city created a fund using hotel tax revenue to assist local nonprofits and civic groups in using the new conference facilities.

Limelight Boulder was built to meet LEED Gold standards and operates entirely on electricity. The design reduces energy use and supports Boulder鈥檚 climate goals.

In October 2018, Hurricane Michael devastated the Florida Panhandle, severely damaging Tyndall Air Force Base and rendering more than 400 buildings beyond repair. In response to this destruction, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded 番茄社区官网 a $136 million Design-Build contract in November 2021 to construct a new Dormitories Complex at the base.

This transformative project, led by 番茄社区官网 in collaboration with Page, included two five-story buildings, each designed to accommodate 240 military personnel鈥攑roviding a total of 480 private dormitory suites. Beyond living quarters, the complex features a variety of shared amenities and administrative support areas aimed at fostering community and comfort, such as a striking three-story atrium at the main entrance, community lounges, a rooftop patio with an adjacent indoor communal space, a dedicated theater/meeting room and private offices for building management.

Given the base鈥檚 history, resilience and sustainability were central to the design. The dormitories are built to withstand hurricane-force winds up to 165 mph and meet both Miami-Dade County building codes and Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) standards.

Page鈥檚 design expertise helped ensure the dormitories not only met rigorous safety and performance standards but also provided a homelike, comfortable environment that supports the well-being of active-duty personnel. Their thoughtful approach to architecture and interior design contributed to a cohesive, modern living space that balances durability with comfort.

This project not only restores critical infrastructure but also sets a new standard for durable, community-focused military housing.

At a breathtaking altitude of 9,494 feet, the Chamonix Casino Hotel marked 番茄社区官网’ highest elevation project yet, with the three tower cranes reaching an impressive 9,800 feet when erected. The $222 million project is a multi-use hotel and casino in the heart of Cripple Creek, Colorado consisting of a 300-key four-star hotel with guest rooms and VIP suites, a spacious casino gaming area totaling 16,000 SF rooftop pool, fitness center, spa and salon, ballroom space, meeting rooms, fine dining restaurants and a new 126,000 SF parking garage accommodating 307 vehicles.

The nine-floor, 428,111 SF Chamonix Casino Hotel ties into the existing Bronco Billy鈥檚 Hotel and Casino, offering a new high-end hotel and casino experience merged directly with the historic feel that Cripple Creek offers. The project team renovated a portion of the existing casino space, tying into the newly built hotel and casino. The renovation, which preserved a large portion of the original building, also unearthed relics dating back to the town’s reconstruction in 1896 following a devastating fire. 番茄社区官网 dedicated significant efforts to maintain the historical integrity of the building, acknowledging its significance to the local community.

Doubling the city’s available hotel accommodations, the Chamonix Casino Hotel project is anticipated to be one of the largest economic drivers for the city. The Grand Wailea Maui Botero Lounge and Grand Dining renovations project is located in the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. This four-star hospitality destination is located on the Hawaiian island of Maui along the beautiful Wailea Beach.

Renovations on the 4,317 SF Botero Lounge included the installation of new millwork, stone countertops, food service equipment and a new waterproof flooring system. Work on the lounge canopy included the installation of new lighting, a chandelier, ceiling patching and painting and other finishes. Other upgrades included the relocation of the Botero statues and reconstruction of their bases; upgrade of the existing planters; installation of a new audiovisual system and ADA-compliant handrails; and upgrade of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) systems.

The 9,902 SF Grand Dining work involved renovations to the ceilings, including the installation of new steel beams to support five 14-foot-tall chandeliers and overhead rolling window screens; new buffet stations with innovative induction tops and rapid cooling smart stone countertops; a new waterproof flooring system and audiovisual system; MEPF system upgrades; lanai spalling repairs; new planter drainage, waterproofing, and landscaping; and the installation of ADA-compliant ramps and railings.

The Fort Lauderdale City Commission awarded a design-build contract to 番茄社区官网 in August 2018 for the renovation of the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center (FLAC). Located on the city鈥檚 beach barrier island as part of a five-acre peninsula along the Intercoastal Waterway, the site is also the headquarters of the International Swimming Fall of Fame.

The venue renovations include the demolition and construction of new swimming pools to be FINA (F茅d茅ration International de Natation) compliant and meet international swimming diving, water polo and artistic swimming competition standards. This state-of-the-art sports destination and landmark is home to the United States鈥� first (and the world’s second) 27-meter permanent dive tower. This is another of many firsts for the City of Fort Lauderdale, having built the first Olympic-sized swimming pool in the state of Florida in 1928, followed by the iconic Swimming Hall of Fame complex in 1965.

At 101-feet above grade, the dive tower includes nine platform levels and combines springboard (1M, 3M), platform diving (1M, 3M, 5M, 7.5M and 10M) and high diving (15M, 20M, 24M and 27M). The tower is constructed of 96 precast concrete panels and rests on a foundation five-feet deep and 53-feet wide, supported by 35 auger cast piles at a depth of 60-feet. With 162 steps to the top, the inspiration of the tower design reflects Fort Lauderdale鈥檚 rich history as the Venice of America and the Bahia Mar Yacht Basin with its flared platforms inspired by the hull lines of a ship.

The new pools include a 53M x 25M main competition pool with two movable bulkheads, a 25M x 25M diving pool, a 14FT diameter circular spa, and a new filtration system, gutters and resurfacing for the existing 50M x 25Y training pool. The major renovation also included two other facilities: a 8,800 SF grandstand building with bleachers, spectator restrooms, concession, ticket office, video scoreboards; and a 16,106 SF locker room and administrative building which includes power connections for broadcast of national and international events through satellite trucks. Site improvements include parking, drainage improvements, new stadium lighting, landscaping, sidewalks and a new main entry plaza.

A five-level, below-grade parking garage features spaces for 811 vehicles and connects to both the hotel and headquarters building.
