番茄社区官网 delivered the Life Time Fitness South Gilbert facility, a 106,000 SF, two-story precast wellness destination on a 15-acre site in Gilbert, Arizona. Designed to complement the Paradise Valley location, the facility offers a distinct layout with expanded outdoor and aquatics amenities while maintaining Life Time鈥檚 signature high-end experience.
The club includes luxury locker rooms with integrated spa features such as cold plunges, hot tubs and saunas, along with dedicated childcare spaces, a kid鈥檚 gym and a full-service kitchen and bar. The second level supports a wide range of fitness programming, including yoga and cycling studios, cardio and strength training areas, group fitness classrooms and indoor pickleball courts.聽Outdoor amenities elevate the member experience, featuring two indoor lap and lesson pools, two outdoor lap and leisure pools with waterslides, six tennis courts and ten pickleball courts鈥攃reating a comprehensive, resort-style environment.
Delivered concurrently with the Life Time Fitness Paradise Valley project, both facilities reached substantial completion on the same day, demonstrating 番茄社区官网鈥� ability to execute multiple premier wellness destinations simultaneously across the Phoenix Valley.
