Life Time Paradise Valley

About the Project

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø¹ÙÍø delivered a premier, three-story Life Time Fitness facility in Phoenix, Arizona as part of a larger mixed-use redevelopment near the former Paradise Valley Mall. Designed to support a fully integrated lifestyle experience, the campus allows members to live, work and exercise within a single destination. Completed using a Design-Bid-Build delivery method for Life Time Property Development, the 91,021 SF facility provides a high-end wellness environment with thoughtfully curated amenities across each level.

The ground floor features luxury locker rooms with integrated spa amenities, including cold plunges, steam rooms and saunas, along with a children’s play area, kids’ gym, full-service kitchen and coworking lounge. The second level offers expansive fitness programming within a 30-foot clear height space, including yoga and Pilates studios, cycling, cardio and strength training areas, group fitness classrooms and an indoor pickleball court. The rooftop level delivers a resort-style experience with a pool, cabanas, bar and bistro designed to connect directly to a future Life Time Living residential development.

This project was delivered concurrently with the Life Time Fitness Gilbert facility which is an important milestone showcasing ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø¹Ù꿉۪ ability to execute multiple premier wellness destinations simultaneously across the Valley.
